Lauren Iglesias, CPA, currently serves as the Investment Partnerships Controller at Sterling Partners since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Fund Controller and Senior Fund Accountant at Mercato Partners from September 2020 to September 2023, and Financial Controller at Viking Man Inc from September 2020 to August 2022. Lauren's professional journey began at Deloitte, where both Audit Senior and Audit Assistant positions were held from September 2017 to September 2020. Prior internships include an Accounting Intern at Castellini Management Company in early 2017 and an Audit Intern at Deloitte in summer 2016. Leadership experience includes serving as VP Finance for Kappa Delta Sorority, where budget preparation and financial reporting were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
