Matthew Steinmeyer is an accomplished professional in the real estate consulting and construction management sectors, currently serving as Principal for Real Estate Closeout Consultants since March 2023, where large- and small-scale NYC development projects are led from initiation to closeout. With extensive experience as Senior Project Manager and Senior Construction Consultant at Sterling Project Development since 2011, Matthew has successfully managed various complex projects, including high-end renovations and condo conversions.
