Bill Barrow

Bill Barrow is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management and advocacy, currently serving as the Director of Client Risk and Claims Advocacy at Sterling Seacrest Partners since May 2017. Concurrently, Bill has held the position of Battalion Chaplain in the Georgia Army National Guard since May 2010 and serves as a Chaplain at Sea Island Company since September 1988. Bill's academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Erskine College, a D.Min. in Divinity/Ministry from West Coast Seminary, a Master’s Degree in Theology from Covenant Theological Seminary, and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Boston University Wheelock College of Education & Human Development.
