Patty Gorman

Patty Gorman, ARM, CWCP, currently serves as the Manager of Claims Strategy at Sterling Seacrest Pritchard, where responsibilities include leading claims operations strategy and serving as a Senior Claims Advocate since February 2017. Prior to this role, Patty Gorman held the position of Senior Claims Advocate at Pritchard & Jerden and worked as a Franchise Insurance Specialist at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where compliance for franchise hotel insurance increased from 12% to 90% within a short period. Earlier experience includes serving as a GAP Claims Auditor and Claims Adjuster at Automobile Protection Corporation, as well as a Claims Assistant at Claims Management Services. Education was completed at Chattahoochee Technical College.
