Amrita Bajpai

Amrita Bajpai has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Amrita is currently working at Sterlite Power as an HR Business Partner and as part of the Organization Talent Development team. In this role, they are responsible for equipping leaders with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively manage their teams. Prior to their current role, Amrita worked as an Assistant General Manager - HR at Yokohama Off-Highway Tires. Here, they played a key role in the HR department.

Before joining Yokohama Off-Highway Tires, Amrita worked at Sterlite Power as a Chief Manager - HR Business Partner and later as a Manager - HR Business Partner. Amrita spearheaded initiatives such as digitizing the platform for talent review and individual development plans, planning and driving employee opinion surveys, and anchoring the Great Places to Work Survey. Amrita also played a pivotal role in creating training programs, driving new hire orientation programs, and conducting recruitment drives.

Amrita Bajpai has a diverse education history. Amrita pursued a PG in Personnel Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS) from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with a specialization in Accounts Hons from St. Xavier's College, Ranchi, from 2006 to 2009. Their secondary education with a focus on Commerce was completed at DAV Public School, Hehal, between 2004 and 2006. Before that, they attended Bishop Westcott Girl's School to complete their secondary education in Commerce.

In addition to their formal education, Amrita Bajpai has also obtained additional certifications. Amrita completed a course on Embracing Change from Harappa Education in April 2020. Amrita received a certification in Finding and Retaining High Potentials from LinkedIn in July 2017.
