Paula Miller

Paula Miller serves as the Assistant Professor of Practice and Director of the Human Resource Management Program at Stetson University, a position held since 2021. Prior to this role, Paula was the Chief Human Resources Officer at NASCAR from 2009 to 2021, where strategic counsel was provided to senior management on human capital matters. Between 1999 and 2008, Paula worked as the Managing Director of Human Resources at International Speedway Corporation, collaborating with the Board of Directors and CEO to develop talent strategies. Paula's career also includes multiple leadership roles in Human Resources at General Electric from 1987 to 1998, focusing on staffing, talent development, and employee engagement. Paula holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from Ohio University and a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business.
