Simone Grandi

Simone Grandi has a diverse work experience in various industries. Simone started their career as an Internship Trainee at Radici Group in 2012. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Project Coordinator at Cooperativa Scolastica N. Rezzara, overseeing and coordinating professional training for apprentices. Simone then interned at Banca di Credito Cooperativo Valle Seriana in 2010. In 2013, Simone joined RadiciGroup as an Operations & Supply Chain Manager, responsible for general supervision of plant operations. Simone later became an Industrial Manager, overseeing manufacturing operations and developing plans to meet quality, cost, and delivery standards. In 2020, Simone joined Stevanato Group as the Plant Director, where they are accountable for successful plant performance and the execution of effective operational strategies.

Simone Grandi completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics and Management from Università degli Studi di Bergamo in 2011. Subsequently, they obtained a Master's degree in Management, Finance and International Business from the same university in 2013.
