Beata Safari

Beata Safari, Esq. serves as the Privacy Counsel for Steve Madden since January 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing privacy compliance across numerous e-commerce platforms. Concurrently, Beata is an Adjunct Professor at Union College - NJ, teaching various law courses since January 2022. Previous roles encompass Data Security and Privacy Compliance Attorney at Octillo, Public Contracts Associate at Hawkins Delafield & Wood LLP, Law Clerk to Honorable Carmen Messano at the New Jersey Superior Court, and intern positions at prestigious institutions such as the Court of Justice of the European Union and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
