Francesca Maglara has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Francesca is currently working as a Senior Designer at Steve Madden since February 2023. Previously, they worked as a Fashion Accessories Designer at Steve Madden from September 2020 to February 2023. Prior to that, they started their own baby company, Frankie Baby Co, in May 2020, where they served as the Company Owner. In this role, they specialized in designing custom birthday outfits, christening gowns, Halloween costumes, and other festive clothing based on customer requests. From October 2017 to May 2020, Francesca worked as a Designer at Collection XIIX, Ltd. Before that, they served as a Design Assistant at Kidpik from July 2016 to May 2017. Francesca also gained experience as a Sales Associate at GUESS?, Inc. from December 2014 to January 2015. Additionally, they completed internships at LJP International, LLC in 2014, BANFI ZAMBRELLI in 2012, and Sally Fischer Public Relations in 2011.
Francesca Maglara attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2017 and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Fashion/Apparel Design. In 2015 to 2016, they also attended Politecnico di Milano, where the degree obtained is not specified, but their field of study remained Fashion/Apparel Design.
