Carol Ruiz

Carol Ruiz currently serves as the Director of Online and Corporate Engagement at Stevens Institute of Technology, a position held since December 2021. Ruiz is also the Founder and President of CAREER MATTERS LLC, operational since October 2015. Previous roles include Associate Director of Graduate Student Career Development at Stevens Institute from June 2016 to October 2021, Director of Career Services at Union County College, and Director of the Center for Career Development at Bloomfield College, among others. Ruiz possesses a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Montclair State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in History/Secondary Education from Saint Elizabeth University.
