Todd Hourihan

Todd Hourihan serves as the Director for the Central Region at Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI Technologies, Inc.) since September 2017, overseeing fifteen government contracts with the Department of Defense across seven states and managing talent acquisition and program implementation. Previously, Todd held roles including Program Manager at STI Technologies, an accomplished leader in military operations, Inspector General for the Nevada Joint Force Headquarters, and Department Chair/Professor of Military Science at Northern Arizona University. With extensive experience in strategic planning, leadership, and program management, Todd's military background includes significant positions within the US Army, such as Command and General Staff College Instructor and Company Commander, contributing to operational readiness and training initiatives. Todd holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
