Nadine Strixner

Nadine Strixner has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Processes Expert at STILL GmbH since June 2015, following their role as HR Specialist Functional Development. Prior to this, Nadine worked at Philips from February 2005 to May 2015, where responsibilities included Operational Lead & Subject Matter Expert Processes, HR Specialist Processes & Quality, and HR Administrator. Nadine has pursued continuous education in Lean methodologies, obtaining a Lean Basic Training and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Philips, alongside a Bachelor Professional of Human Resources Management from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and training as an Industrial Business Management Assistant. Early work experience includes voluntary service in elderly care at Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe eV.
