Collin Meisel is a Nonresident Fellow with the Strategic Foresight Hub at The Henry L. Stimson Center since June 2023. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Geopolitical Analysis at the Frederick S. Pardee Institute for International Futures since October 2018, Collin has also held positions as Senior Research Associate and Diplometrics Program Lead at the same institute. In addition, Collin serves as a Senior Fellow in Geopolitics and Data Science at HCSS - The Hague Centre for Strategic Studies. Previous experience includes research roles at the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism (START) and as a Major General John G. Rossi Fellow at the Missile Defense Advocacy Alliance. Collin's military background includes various leadership and operational roles in the United States Air Force from 2008 to 2016. Collin holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from American Military University, along with an Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from the Community College of the Air Force.
