Ram Bisht has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Ram is currently the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at STL Digital since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Quest Global as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Software & Digital Services from September 2021 to August 2023. From February 2019 to September 2021, they were the Head of Talent Acquisition at ZF Group. Before that, they held the position of Associate Director and Head of Talent Acquisition at Trianz Holding Inc. from August 2016 to February 2019. Ram has also worked at Genpact, NTT DATA Americas, and Best Infosystems Ltd. in various roles related to talent acquisition and recruitment.
Ram Bisht completed their education with an MBA in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis International University in the years 2002-2004. Prior to that, they obtained a PGDCA in Computer Science from DOEACC during 1998-2001. Their undergraduate degree is a B.Sc in Zoology/Animal Biology from Kumaun University, which they achieved from 1995 to 1998.
