Dr. Edelgard Vacek has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dr. Edelgard is currently the Head of Personnel / Organizational Development & Education at Sto SE & Co. Dr. Edelgard Vacek completed their Staatsexamen degree from the University of Stuttgart in the period between 1998 and 2003. During this time, their field of study included Communication Studies, Applied Linguistics, French, and German Literature. Dr. Edelgard then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from the Universität Siegen, which they completed between 2003 and 2008. Dr. Edelgard'sPh.D. research focused on Communication in Organizations, Implementation of Lean Management, Change Communication & Management.
