Octa Viana is a QA Tester Manual with experience at Stockbit and Bibit.id since November 2021, where responsibilities include creating bug tickets, completing projects, developing test cases for various scenarios, and ensuring the functionality of new improvements at the staging phase. Prior to these roles, Octa served as an Assistant Relationship Manager at DBS Bank from February 2020 to November 2021, focusing on transaction handling and client service. Octa's earlier experience includes positions as a Content Writer at PT. GALAKSI TRAPEDIA MUDA, where ten articles were produced within tight deadlines, and as a Database Administrator at Puskesmas, responsible for patient data entry. Octa has also processed business license letters during a brief tenure at Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu. Octa holds a Bachelor's degree in Sistem Informasi from Universitas Nusa Putra, obtained in 2019.
