Adam Tindall is the current Director (Non-Executive) at Stockland. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of AMP Capital from January 2009 to June 2021. During their time at AMP Capital, Adam was responsible for leading a global team and driving the company’s international and domestic growth. Adam also helped deliver outstanding investment experiences for investors.
Adam also has experience working in property and infrastructure. Adam served as the Executive Director, Property and Infrastructure at Macquarie Group from January 2004 to December 2009. In this role, they provided corporate advisory services for substantial property transactions, largely to major Australian organisations. Adam's focus was on assisting these companies to establish wholesale property funds that were attractive investment propositions to leading international and domestic institutional investors. Some of the major transactions Adam was involved in include the acquisition by Transfield Holdings of Century Student Housing business, the largest provider of on-campus student housing in USA; wholesaling capital raising for Campus Living Villages Fund a student accommodation business with 25,000 beds across US & Australia; acting for minority shareholder in sale of interests in Lend Lease Actus, a leading US Military Housing Privatisation business; corporate advisory and wholesale capital raising for establishment of the Mirvac Wholesale Residential Development Partnership; and corporate advisory and wholesale capital raising for establishment of the Dexus Wholesale Property Fund (DWPF). Adam also assisted Macquarie on several infrastructure projects.
Adam’s experience in both the public and private sector make him an ideal Director (Non-Executive) at Stockland. Adam's knowledge and expertise in property and infrastructure will be a valuable asset to the company.
