Latifah Qasem

Latifah Qasem, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and escalation management. Currently serving as a Senior Escalation Specialist at StockX since September 2020, Latifah has also held the positions of Escalation Specialist and Customer Service Specialist within the same company. Prior to this role, Latifah worked at ZSI-Foster from June 2017 to April 2020 as a Customer Service Team Leader and Customer Service Representative. Additional experience includes an administrative role at Amman Academy and a coordination position with AllWorld Network. Latifah holds a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Wayne State University, expected to be completed in December 2023, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Princess Sumaya University for Technology.
