Julian White

Julian White is a highly experienced real estate professional with over 17 years in the industry. Currently serving as National Partner at Stonebridge Property Group since September 2020, Julian specializes in the sale of development sites and retail investment properties, establishing the agency as a market leader. Previously, as Senior Director at CBRE Asia Pacific from November 2014 to September 2020, Julian led a 12-person team focused on the sale of high-value investment and development site assets in Melbourne's CBD. Julian also held the position of Associate Director at KordaMentha, where responsibilities included transaction, asset, and development management across various real estate asset classes. Earlier in Julian's career, as a Property Valuer at Fitzroys Pty Ltd, valuations for retail and inner city development sites were conducted. Julian holds a Master's Degree in Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Business (Property) with Distinction from RMIT University.
