Mike Patel serves as General Counsel for Stonemont, overseeing all aspects of the company’s legal matters.
Prior to joining Stonemont, Mike was an associate at Jones Day, where he represented clients on all aspects of complex commercial real estate transactions. His experience included representing lenders, developers, REITs, private equity funds and other institutional investors in connection with joint ventures, financings, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, and general real property matters.
Mike received a J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law, an MPH focusing on health policy from The George Washington University School of Public Health, and a B.S. in biology from Emory University.
