Ken Andrysiak

Ken Andrysiak is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in corporate treasury and strategic financial management. Currently serving as Corporate Treasurer at Stoneridge since 2016, Andrysiak previously held key roles such as Assistant Treasurer at Dana Holding Corporation, where responsibilities included managing relationships with investment banks and financial institutions to enhance capital structure. Prior experience includes directing capital markets and investor relations at ArvinMeritor, and leading advertising finance efforts during the merger of Kmart and Sears.
