Tanel Tael

Tanel Tael is an experienced operations manager and internal auditor at Stoneridge since July 2008, specializing in auditing production processes, quality management systems, and environmental health and safety protocols. Previous roles include lean manager, production manager, and production improvement coordinator, focusing on analyzing and implementing process improvements based on lean methodologies. Before Stoneridge, Tanel served as a manufacturing team lead and customer service agent at Erel Group AS. Tanel holds a master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from TalTech and a bachelor's degree in Project Management from the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences.
