Catherine Dixon

Catherine Dixon serves as the Chair of Stonewall since January 2018 and is the Chief Executive Officer of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators until January 2025. Previous roles include Board Trustee at CEDR from July 2017 to May 2020 and Non Executive Director at the York, North Yorkshire, and East Riding Partnership from January 2018 to April 2020. Catherine Dixon also held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Principal at Askham Bryan College from April 2017 to July 2019, contributing as a Non Executive Director at LANDEX LAND BASED COLLEGES ASPIRING TO EXCELLENCE and as a member of the leadership group at the York and North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce during the same period. Additional experience includes Trustee at PDSA and Chief Executive Officer roles at The Law Society and NHS Resolution. Catherine Dixon holds an MBA in Business from The Open University, an LSF in Law from the College of Law, and an LLB (hons) in Law from Leeds Beckett University, with further executive education from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2018.
