Currently serves as a Board Member for Stop Scams Alliance and the Community Engagement & Opportunity Council, focusing on scam reduction and youth opportunities, respectively. As a Partner at Statecraft - Texas Government Affairs, David aids organizations in navigating complex political and regulatory issues. An Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine University School of Public Policy, David teaches Health Policy & Politics. Previous roles include Deputy Assistant Secretary for Health at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Deputy Chief of Staff in the California State Senate, and various leadership positions in local government. David holds a Master of Public Policy from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Vanguard University of Southern California.

Stop Scams Alliance
Our mission is to significantly reduce scams in the United States through a comprehensive, systemic approach involving public-private partnership and cross-sector cooperation from technology, telecom, financial institutions, consumer advocacy groups, and government. The focus is to stop scams at the source, before they reach the consumer in the first place. US consumers are under attack by organized crime gangs who are using sophisticated tech-based methods to steal hundreds of billions of dollars from Americans. We need to unite and fight against this threat, which has grown dramatically in recent years.
