Kristijan Spirov is an experienced IT professional with over two decades of expertise in various roles within the banking and technology sectors. Since 2001, Kristijan has served as the IT Division Manager at Stopanska banka AD in Skopje, leading strategic IT planning, project management, and team coordination. Previous roles at the same institution include IT Division Assistant Manager, System Support Department Manager, System Support Department Coordinator, and Software Developer, where responsibilities encompassed IT operations, core banking system maintenance, and software development. Before this, Kristijan co-founded Halkyon Development Team Ltd., directing software projects and system maintenance, and worked as an IT consultant at Artisoft Ltd. Additionally, early career experience includes a part-time journalism role at PC-WORLD - Macedonia. Kristijan holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems from The University of Sheffield International Faculty and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje.

Stopanska banka AD - Skopje (SB) is a member of the National Bank of Greece - largest SEE banking group. SB is the Bank with the longest tradition on the Macedonian market. Founded as the first bank in Macedonia in 1944 Stopanska banka set the foundations of banking and is still the leader in the development and implementation of the most sophisticated financial products and services for the retail and corporate segment operation in Macedonia.
