Antti Kaartinen

Antti Kaartinen is a seasoned forestry professional with extensive experience in precision forestry and management consulting. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Precision Forestry at Stora Enso since May 2022, Antti previously held the position of Principal at AFRY, contributing to the global forestry value chain from November 2019 to May 2022. Prior experience includes tenure as Principal, Senior Consultant, and Consultant at Pöyry Management Consulting Oy from January 2008 to November 2019, along with a role as Forest GIS Specialist at Pöyry Environment Oy from June 2004 to December 2007. Earlier career highlights include serving as a GIS Specialist at Novosat Ltd. and a Volunteer Forester at USDA Forest Service PNW Research Station. Antti holds a Master of Science degree in Forest Management/Forest Resources Management from the University of Helsinki, obtained between 1997 and 2002.
