Magdalena Karlsson

Magdalena Karlsson has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Acting SVP of People & Communications in Biomaterials at Stora Enso since January 2016. Prior roles at Stora Enso include Director and Head of People and Culture for the Pulp Business Unit, Global People and Culture Partner, and HR Business Partner, among others. Previously, experience includes positions as an HR Advisor at R/GA, HR Generalist at Huawei, and HR/Nordic Office Manager at Booking.com, as well as roles at Manpower AB. Magdalena holds a Bachelor of Science in Beteendevetenskap from Mid Sweden University and has studied at Mälardalen University and Stockholm University.
