Dave Sawasky has extensive work experience in various engineering management roles. Dave started their career at Marathon Engineers, where they served as a Senior Electrical Engineer and managed major capital projects. Dave then moved on to Pierce Manufacturing, where they were the Manager of Electrical Engineering and led new product development projects. After that, they worked at Harris Group Inc. as a Senior Project Manager, providing engineering design and management for plant systems. Dave then joined Baldor Generator as an Engineering Manager, overseeing staff and managing engineering projects. Dave later joined Generac Power Systems as a Senior Engineering Manager, responsible for budget, personnel, and new product development. Most recently, they worked at EMIT, Inc. as the Vice President of Operations and later as the Director of Business Development & Project Management. Currently, Dave holds the position of Vice President of Automation Operations at Storage Solutions, where they have led the integration of electrical, controls, and software engineering capabilities.
Dave Sawasky completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians at the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Dave further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained a Masters in Engineering Management with a focus on Project Management.
