Farah Ahmed

Farah Ahmed is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience, digital transformation, and business intelligence. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at StorageVault since July 2019, Farah oversees a network of over 200 stores and 4,600 portable storage units throughout Canada. Prior to this role, Farah held the position of Senior Manager at Bell Canada from 2001 to June 2019, leading a high-performing B2B contact centre and managing complex inbound and outbound operations. Additionally, Farah was a Franchise Owner at Second Cup from 2006 to April 2016. Farah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the University of Ottawa.
