Mark Satisky is the VP of Corp Dev & Strategy at Stord. Prior to joining Stord, Mark served as the EVP, Strategy & Acquisitions at OSG from July 2017 to April 2021. In this role, Mark was responsible for long term strategy and growth through acquisitions, strategic partnerships and organic efforts. Mark also led the acquisition of 19 companies to significantly grow the platform in Billing, Payments and Marketing Services.
Prior to their role at OSG, Mark was the General Manager, Global Merchandising and Supply Chain Software Solutions at NCR Corporation from December 2012 to May 2017. In this role, they simplified the portfolio to focus on the highest value solutions and drove global expansion. Mark also established and managed key customer relationships.
Before their time at NCR Corporation, Mark served as the President at Woodhaven Capital and Senior Vice President at Morgan Keegan (now Raymond James) from April 2007 to December 2012. Mark also served as Vice President at Credit Suisse from March 2005 to April 2007.
Mark Satisky has a MBA from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business and a BSBA in Accounting / Finance from Washington University in St. Louis.
