Paola Jacobs, MBA, currently serves as Vice President, People and Head of Business Partnerships & People Enablement at Stord, where the focus is on empowering brands to build integrated supply chains through cloud technology. Prior to Stord, Paola held various leadership positions at WarnerMedia, including Senior Director of People and Culture, overseeing a team of 100 across multiple offices and managing operations during significant industry transformations. Earlier experience includes roles such as Director of Marketing and New Media and Senior People Operations Manager at Cartoon Network Latin America, as well as positions at Universal Orlando Resort and The Walt Disney Company. Paola holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Georgia State University.
