Ron Cawley

Ron Cawley has over 15 years of experience in software support and managed services. Currently serving as a Software Support professional at STORIS Management Systems since November 2009, Ron previously contributed as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity Pike County PA for a brief period in 2009. Prior to that, Ron held multiple roles at C3i Inc. from September 2002 to June 2009, including Managed Services Supervisor, where oversight was provided for a Tier 2 Managed Services Team managing accounts for approximately 6000 users, and as a Siebel Administrator, responsible for monitoring server components and managing over 3000 end users. Ron also served as a Level 2 Analyst, delivering support to around 6000 pharmaceutical sales representatives and facilitating issue resolution with Internet Service Providers. Ron holds a Diploma in Computer Technical Support from The Chubb Institute, obtained between 2000 and 2001.
