Typical special situations may include quick closing real estate acquisition, renovation /construction completion loans, foreclosure avoidance, partner or equity buyouts, property stabilization, discounted debt repurchases, NPL divestitures, note-on-note financing, master repurchase facilities, table funding, and more.
