Gus Thiele

Gus Thiele is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial and business development roles within the technology and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Commercial Director ANZ at StormHarvester since May 2025, Gus previously held the position of Head of Wastewater and Business Development Manager - Export Wastewater at HWM Global from November 2021 to May 2025. Prior roles include Engineered Systems Business Development at Crowcon Detection Instruments Ltd., where significant contributions were made to evaluate business feasibility and enhance operational processes. Gus also participated in the highly selective Future Leaders Graduate Programme at Halma plc and has held positions such as MIO Product Growth Manager India at Keeler Ltd., where key sales milestones were achieved. Educational credentials include a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Southampton, complemented by a foundational education at Reading Blue Coat School.
