Carolyn Delarm

Carolyn DeLarm is a finance professional with extensive experience in consulting and management roles. Currently serving as a Manager at Stout since October 2022, Carolyn previously held positions at The Claro Group from November 2018 to October 2022, advancing from Analyst to Senior Consultant. Leadership experience includes serving as President of the Kelley Undergraduate Women’s Financial Association at Indiana University, where the focus was on enhancing members' understanding of the finance industry and building professional networks. Early career experiences include internships in fund accounting at Jackson National Asset Management, where daily reconciliations and NAV calculations were key tasks, and wealth management at MB Financial Bank, assisting in managing institutional pension plans and client inquiries. Carolyn holds a degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, completed in 2019, after graduating from New Trier High School in 2015.
