Simon Heaton is Stout’s Chief Growth Officer. He is responsible for leading both short and long term senior talent initiatives to support the future growth of the firm.
Simon has over 25 years of work experience with over 15 of them in recruiting and development, working for 3rd party agencies, RPO providers, and leading in-house recruiting teams. He has experience in various industries including financial services, retail and pharmaceuticals.
Prior to joining Stout, Simon was the Global Head of Talent Acquisition for Barclays PLC where he was responsible for hiring senior executives and leading the talent and succession management processes. Prior to Barclays, he held numerous senior talent acquisition roles at Walmart where he spent 5 years working in Canada, U.S., and Hong Kong.
