Bill Yoder is a Lead Program Manager at Systems & Technology Research since November 2020. Prior to this role, Bill served in various positions in the US Navy from May 1994 to June 2020, including Foreign Area Officer and Naval Flight Officer. Bill holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), attained in 2016. Additionally, Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earned in 1994.
