Rebekah Robinson

Rebekah Robinson is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management and employee development. Currently serving as an HR Systems & Process Analyst and HR Business Partner at STR since January 2021, Rebekah has successfully enhanced employee relations, performance management, and engagement strategies while implementing significant improvements to onboarding and offboarding processes. Prior to STR, Rebekah worked at Dassault Systèmes as an HR People Support and Satisfaction Specialist and at ALDI USA as a Training Center Captain, where notable achievements included organizing training initiatives and improving internal customer service. Rebekah's foundation in human resources was solidified through various roles, including Graduate Assistant at Missouri State University's Office of Human Resources, complemented by a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Human Resources from Missouri State University.
