Thomas Douglas is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Support Specialist Team Lead and previously as an IT Support Specialist at STR since July 2021. Prior to this role, Thomas held positions such as AkaTec Digital Media Engineer at Akamai Technologies, Network Operations Center Engineer at iCorps Technologies, and IT Support Technician at Harvard T.H.
