Faisal Saeed

Faisal Saeed has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. Faisal currently serves as the Director of IT at Strada Services since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at TopBuild as the Director of Enterprise Systems from April 2017 to March 2023. Their responsibilities included setting technology standards, aligning IT goals with business needs, implementing software systems, enforcing IT policies, and managing IT budgets. Before TopBuild, Faisal worked at Service Partners for 17 years, where they held various positions, including Senior Information Technology Manager. Faisal managed infrastructure, network, security, database, and development teams, supporting multiple locations nationwide. Faisal started their career at DataStar Corporation, where they served as an IT Manager/Principal and Senior Software Engineer. Faisal led strategic projects, software conversions, and worked on custom software applications.

Faisal Saeed has received education from multiple institutions throughout their academic journey. Faisal attended the Titan Center for Leadership, where they focused on self-discovery, as well as leading groups and organizations. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer Science from Fort Lewis College. Afterwards, Faisal enrolled at Arizona State University to study Computer Engineering. Faisal also furthered their education at TopBuild, where they acquired knowledge in critical thinking for problem solving and decision making. Additionally, Faisal completed courses at Harvard Manage Mentor - MASCO University in the fields of developing employees, leading and motivating, as well as finance essentials and process improvement.
