Matthias Dorfschmid is currently a UX Designer at straiv, focusing on the design and user research of the Digital Guest Journey's Check-in & Check-out experience and Upselling Solution since February 2024. Previously, Matthias served as a Junior UX/UI Designer at imc Learning from November 2021 to February 2024 and held the role of Junior UI/UX Designer at Daimler AG from November 2018 to March 2020, where a Bachelor Thesis explored the efficiency of the Cardsorting method for knowledge management. Additional experience includes a User Experience Consultant position at Daimler AG in 2018, assisting with digitalization in Finance & Controlling, and working as a Full-Stack Developer at TWT GmbH Science & Innovation from April 2016 to March 2018, primarily in mobile solutions for the automotive sector. Matthias holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Medieninformatik from the University of Tübingen, earned in April 2020.
