STRAND IS LOOKING FOR A LEASING COORDINATOR
Strand is currently seeking a Leasing Coordinator to join the residential lease-up team of an upcoming purpose-built rental building in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a temporary contract position.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of the Leasing Coordinator include, but are not limited to, the following:
Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere to visitors and prospective residents.
Assist with processing applications and lease paperwork
Build rapport with visitors and gather information about their current living situation and rental needs
Ensure rental offices and display suites meet high standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and organization
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and daily reporting via email
Record all prospective tenant interactions in the appropriate database or software
Manage opening and closing of display suites as needed
Help with the distribution of project A-board signage
Maintain the appointment schedule and follow up with prospects to schedule appointments
Work closely with our property management and marketing teams to achieve leasing goals and objectives, communicate the value of our properties to potential tenants and track customer feedback
Experience working with Lasso is considered an asset
Salary Range: $20-$25 per hour (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education and experience).
