Rebecca Stefanich

Rebecca Stefanich has a diverse range of work experience. Rebecca began their career as a Design and Modeling Intern at DataPro International, Inc. in 2018. During their time there, they took on leadership roles and effectively communicated with stakeholders to create detailed CAD files and technical drawings.

In 2019, Rebecca worked as an Instructor and Coordinator at Coding With Kids. Rebecca taught coding classes to groups of children ranging in age from 5 to 13 and built strong relationships with parents, kids, and managers. Rebecca demonstrated patient and compassionate leadership while ensuring positive learning outcomes for all students.

Rebecca then joined REI in 2021 as a Sales Specialist. Rebecca collaborated with a team of 15 to deliver exceptional customer experiences, specializing in the Footwear and Soft Goods department. Rebecca effectively communicated with a diverse range of customers, listened to their needs, and provided tailored service and support. Additionally, Rebecca educated customers on product features and made recommendations based on their needs, all while celebrating the outdoors.

Most recently, Rebecca is set to start working as a Mechanical Engineer at Strand Products, Inc. in 2023.

Rebecca Stefanich pursued their education in Mechanical Engineering at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2017 to 2021.
