Pramod Reddy Yenna is a Structural Engineer in Training at STRAND since October 2017, managing multiple engineering projects for various prominent home builders and custom builders. With experience as a Structural Design Engineer (Team Lead), Pramod has employed analytical tools to calculate structural loads and stress. Prior roles include Civil Engineer at Integra Technologies LLC, where involvement in a commercial construction project took place, and Field Engineer at S.S Designers & Construction, overseeing safety and operations for a significant residential project in India. Pramod's career began as a Graduate Engineer at C R Engineering and Consulting, focusing on cost estimation and quantity takeoffs for residential developments. Pramod holds a Master's Degree in Structural Engineering from Lamar University and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
