Irene Castro

Irene Castro has extensive work experience in various roles within the customer service and project management fields. Irene is currently working at AppDirect as a Client Project Manager - Team Lead since January 2023. Before that, Irene worked at StrataCore where they held multiple positions, including Client Project Manager from June 2021 onwards, Client Project Coordinator Team Lead II from January 2021 to May 2021, and Client Project Coordinator Team Lead from January 2020 to January 2021. Prior to StrataCore, they worked at SYKES as an Operations Supervisor from January 2017 to December 2019 and as a Customer Service Team Manager from February 2011 to December 2016. Irene's professional journey started at Capital One as a Customer Service Specialist from June 2010 to February 2011, and they also worked at Expedia Group as a Customer Service Specialist from June 2008 to June 2010.

Irene Castro obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universidad Centroamericana 'José Simeón Cañas' in 2015. In addition, they have completed various certifications in different fields.
