Roy Wilkins, MBA, has over 30 years of work experience, primarily in the fields of recruitment and business management. Since 2020, they have been working as a Senior Technical Recruiter at StrataCore, where they focus on finding job opportunities for former Military and Cleared personnel in both secure mission-focused facilities and tech companies nationwide. Prior to that, from 1987 to 2020, they served as a Business Manager at the United States Department of Defense.
Roy Wilkins earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from Coppin State University, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. Roy later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Phoenix, specializing in Business Administration. Roy completed their MBA from 2006 to 2008.
