Vania Oliveira, CT (ASCP) is a cytotechnologist at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center since May 2008 and also works per-diem at StrataDx - Strata Pathology Services Inc. Vania has a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science-Cytotechnology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and completed their education at the Anisa Kanbour School of Cytotechnology. Vania examines and interprets gynecologic and non-gynecologic specimens using ThinPrep and Conventional methods, as well as attending Fine Needle Aspirate Procedures and performing microscopic onsite evaluation of FNA specimens.
