Thomas Whiting

Thomas Whiting is an experienced Application Engineer at Stratasys since May 2018, specializing in the development of applications utilizing FDM technology and contributing to the Stratasys F770 industrial 3D printer and OpenAM software. Previously, Thomas held the position of Associate Additive Manufacturing Research Engineer, leading the application development process from ideation to validation. Thomas's early career includes serving as a Mechanical Engineering Intern, where responsibilities included prototype design and engineering documentation, as well as experience as the Lead Engineering Consultant and CEO at Hawk 3D Solutions, focusing on client solutions and business development. Additional experience includes an Account Manager role at Decimis Incorporated and a Student Researcher position at Northland College. Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematical Sciences with a minor in Physics from Northland College.
