Christopher Smith is an accomplished business intelligence professional with extensive experience in healthcare data analytics and performance improvement. Currently serving as the Business Intelligence Lead and previously as the Business Intelligence Engineer at Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) since July 2015, Christopher specializes in providing actionable performance metrics for post-acute care providers. Prior roles include Manager of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Systems Analyst at USC Care - Keck Medical Center of USC (2010-2015), Business Intelligence Consultant at Port Richmond Savings (2008-2015), and Supervisor of Compliance Audit and Data Quality Analyst at Commonwealth Automobile Reinsurers (2004-2010). Christopher holds an MBA in Information Technology and Quantitative Methods for Business Decisions from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Gordon College.
