Oscar I. Cruz Albor has diverse work experience in various roles. Oscar I. currently holds the position of Chief Operations Officer at Stratis | Strategic Impact Solutions since 2013. Prior to this, they served as the Business Strategy & Digital Transformation Director from 2019 to 2023. Before that, they worked as the Process Improvement Manager in 2018 and as a Senior Consultant from 2016 to 2018 at the same company. Oscar I. also served as an Intermediate Consultant in 2015 and started their career as a Junior Consultant in 2013. Prior to joining Stratis, Oscar worked at Grupo Artis as a PM Jr. & SAP HCM Consultant from 2011 to 2013. Oscar I. began their career at CompuCom as a Help Desk Associate in 2010.

Oscar I. obtained the Celonis Certified Business Value Architect certification from Celonis in May 2022 and the Celonis Certified Sales Professional certification from the same institution in March 2022. Furthermore, they became a Scrum Master Certified professional through VMEdu Inc. in July 2016. Oscar also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from ASQ, which they acquired in December 2015. Lastly, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2014.
